Overview

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay, or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for persons who want to enter the United States temporarily for business (visa category B-1), tourism, pleasure or visiting (visa category B-2), or a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2).

Travel Purposes Not Permitted On Visitor Visas:

These are some examples of activities that require different categories of visas and cannot be done while on a visitor visa:

study
employment
paid performances, or any professional performance before a paying audience
arrival as a crew member on a ship or aircraft
work as foreign press, radio, film, journalists, and other information media
permanent residence in the United States

How to Apply

There are several steps to apply for a visa. The order of these steps and how you complete them may vary at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply. Please consult the instructions available on the U.S. Embassy or Consulate website where you will apply.

Complete the Online Visa Application

Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 – Learn more about completing the DS-160. You must: 1) complete the online visa application and 2) print the application form confirmation page to bring to your interview.
Photo – You will upload your photo while completing the online Form DS-160. Your photo must be in the format explained in the Photograph Requirements.

Schedule an Interview

While interviews are generally not required for applicants of certain ages outlined below, consular officers have the discretion to require an interview of any applicant, regardless of age.

You must schedule an appointment for your visa interview, generally, at theU.S. Embassy or Consulate in the country where you live. You may schedule your interview at any U.S. Embassy or Consulate, but be aware that it may be difficult to qualify for a visa outside of your place of permanent residence.

Safeway Travel & Tour was incorporated as an alternative for travelers who needed a simple process regarding visa application, students who wanted a school application process that was straightforward and others who needed a firm to handle all their travel issues without complexities. Initially an initiative of some university schoolmates who traveled across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, France and more, with vast experience on travelling.

Our services are quite unique; we provide a blend of migration (Visa) and online travel services including hotel, airline and conference reservations. Our group tour and expedition services enable students and other people afford networking whilst experiencing new cultures.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Guarantee of Visa

We are not part of any government. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advice people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department in each respective country.

Fee’s Payable

Any fees paid to Safeway Travel & Tours are for the provision of the Service(s) you registered for. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Pounds or U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services using any of our accepted payment methods.

Our fees do NOT include other costs that are part of the migration process such as government lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Service(s) which is/are provided to you, an approximate indication of the fees which form part of the process will be set out for you, together with clarification as to when these costs are due.

Refund Policy

As soon as payment is received, the Client is deemed to have engaged the Services of Safeway Travel & Tours. Our Service is our professional advice and expertise. Once the Service has been provided to you, it cannot be returned, whether or not you have changed your mind or you no longer wish to utilize it.

If you collect and submit our refund request form within 12 hours of payment, you may be entitled to a refund if the Service has not yet been provided to you and/or work has not commenced on your passport. All refunds remain strictly at the discretion of management and will be less an administration fee of 40% of the total service charge.

Termination of Service

Safeway Travel & Tours reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. Termination includes cancelling your registration with or ability to have full or partial access to any service provided to you by us.

Safeway Travel & Tours reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any reason, including the provision of false or misleading information; or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Complaints

Safeway Travel & Tours is committed to providing its clients with the highest standard of service. Our complaint handling process is designed to ensure that clients' concerns are treated seriously and addressed promptly and fairly. All complaints must be sent in writing using, phone conversation and in person. All written complaints will be acknowledged in writing. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the client's complaint will be escalated through to Management. All decisions made by Management are final. All clients will receive written notification of any investigation undertaken and the resolution achieved.

Governing Law

The agreement Terms shall be governed by the laws of the countries we operate in and their arbitration and/or courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (including claims of set-off and counterclaims) in connection with this Agreement.

General

No person has been authorized to give any representations on behalf of Safeway Travel & Tours in regards to the subject matter or the terms of these Terms. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Safeway Travel & Tours may vary any of these Terms and any other information relating to the Service at any time, and your subsequent use of the Website will be governed by the varied Terms. In the event that any of the provisions of these Terms are or shall become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder shall survive unaffected.

The Information We Have about You

If you deal with Safeway Travel & Tours in your individual or corporate capacity or on behalf of your family, etc., the typical information we collect about you would include:

Your name, address and other contact details

Your age, occupation and marital status

Extensive financial information, including source of wealth, investment portfolios you have, bank account details and, in certain jurisdictions, representations required under applicable law or regulation concerning your financial resources;

A head and shoulders photograph from, as applicable, your passport, national identity card or driver's license, as required by laws and regulations addressing due diligence and related matters; and

A personal identifier such as, depending on your country of residence, your Social Security Number, National Insurance Number, Tax File, Number, etc.

If you are an employee/officer/director/principal, etc. of one of our corporate or institutional clients, the typical information we collect about you personally would include:

Your name and contact details;

Your role/position/title and area of responsibility; and

Certain identifying information (e.g. passport photo, etc.) as required by laws and regulations addressing immigration and related matters. Of course, you are not required to supply any of the personal information that we may request. However, failure to do so may result in our being unable to open or maintain your account or to provide services to you. While we make every effort to ensure that all information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date, you can help us considerably in this regard by promptly notifying us if there are any changes to your personal information.

Our Use of Your Personal Information

We may use your personal information to:

Administer, operate, facilitate and manage your relationship and/or account with Safeway Travel & Tours. This may include sharing such information internally as well as disclosing it to third parties, as described in the following two sections, respectively;

Contact you or, if applicable, your designated representative(s) by post, telephone, electronic mail, facsimile, etc., in connection with your relationship and/or account;

Our fees are moderately priced and vary based on your personal circumstances and travel destination. We always have initial payment. We need the first fee to commence your Visa process, While the balance is paid when Visa is out But in some cases we might require 20% of the fee during halfway the process. This is when multiple requirements are needed from you by the concerned embassy. (e.g, Procuring more supporting documents).

How much is your Consultation Fee:

There is NO consultation fee.

Do you have group packages?

A family, groups of students or employees traveling together have a fee structure based on the number in the group. And it reduces as the size increases. Contact us for group rates.

Do you offer refunds and discounts?

There are no refunds once the Service has been provided to you but under exceptional cases management may decide what refund to give you. Agents have the discretion to offer discounts at their personal cost to the client but Safeway Travel & Tour has a no discount policy.

Where do i make payment?

Contact the office.. Payment are made in person because you will have to fill and sign some forms after payment.

If you dont have money halfway or after your visa is out.

Management reserves the right to withdraw their services for non-payment of services fees with no recourse to any refund whatsoever of fees already paid..

What are my chances of getting a visa?

Since we do not represent the embassies and consulates, we cannot determine the outcome of an application. We reduce the possibility of you receiving an unfavorable decision. And we have the record and experience to prove it.

Can you help if I have been refused visa before?

Consular officers usually base visa applications on the merit of documents presented. As such there is little reference to past applications in most cases. Each application is assessed based on the current circumstance of the applicant.

How long do you take to process a request?

For visit, family, tourist, study and similar visa applications, we usually take from one to five months to process an application. Settlement, ancestry, residence permits and work visas could take as long as nine months. Hotel, flight and conference bookings are done within twenty four hours.

Will I go for an interview?

For most consulates the need for your biometric data means that you will have to personally submit your application without an interview. Certain embassies meanwhile (USA, The Netherlands, France etc) conduct face to face interviews.

Do you pay my visa application fee, hotel, flight and other fees?

The client is responsible for their own visa application fees to the embassies. We do not bear the cost of hotel, flight or conference reservations and any travel insurance or vaccinations you may require prior to departure. Unless you are involved in some group travel tour that have availability of such packages.
